Brian Means has been crafting cocktails behind bars for the past 17 years.  He has ran bars such as the Fifth Floor, Dirty Habit and took the role as Corporate Bartender and Manager for the Mina Group, before joining the team at Pacific Cocktail Haven.  He focuses on creating well crafted cocktails and generating the ultimate guest experience.

Jack Winks of Canon in East Sacramento has been elevating his craft for 10 years at such places like the Double Double and Astrix. His use of vermouths and classics is an elegant knowledge he holds.

Kevin Diedrich of Pacific Cocktail Haven (PCH) in San Francisco has been making some of the industry's favorite drinks. His playful technique along with flavor combinations that you can't get enough of. His drinks are always executed with focus and attention. Hospitality is felt when under his care.

Sarah Ruiz started her craft at The Fifth Floor in San Francisco which reconcepted in 2014 into a bar forward concept Dirty Habit. She moved to Washington DC to help open the second location.

Currently Sarah is at Pacific Cocktail Haven in San Francisco. 

 

She has trained in wine and service. Her classes are among our favorite offerings.
